Hi! I’m Kay, a 27-year-old use to be finance girly and content creator. By day, I was immersed in the dynamic realm of finance, making sense of the market trends. I am now a NASM Certified Personal Trainer doing online coaching while working a 9-5 as a Sponsorship Manager.

In the after-hours, you’ll find me harnessing my passion for two things: creating engaging content and sculpting my physique through intense workouts. It was the perfect blend of being in the corporate world while also becoming an entrepreneur.

It all started from a minor setback that I never knew would be the biggest blessing in my life. I was involved in a car accident where I broke my left clavicle and needed surgery to add a titanium plate and 6 screws into my body. This is all a part of my now motto… “Every minor setback makes for an even bigger comeback.”

As I juggled the life of working a 9-5 and trying to continue my fitness journey, I realized a lot of my audience stemmed from young women or men going through some sort of setback. Whether that was a breakup, injury, friendship or family oriented setback, we all have a story. I then began to document my life and that is where Rose Gold Athletics was created.
